Privacy Policy

Effective September 10, 2026. This policy covers BRN Julian Email, operated by Blast Radius Network, and this application-information site.

Information accessed and its purpose

With consent, the app uses your Google email address to identify the authorized account. Gmail send permission allows it to send authorized briefing messages, including recipients, subjects and message content. That permission does not grant inbox-reading access.

Calendar read-only permission allows access to event data. The current integration requests titles, start and end times, event status, the account holder's attendance response and event links from the selected primary calendar, to prepare its daily agenda. It does not request event descriptions or the names and addresses of other attendees. Although Google's consent scope covers all calendars, the reader queries only the configured primary calendar.

If separately authorized for briefing documents, the app uses Google Drive's file-specific access to create and update briefing documents and presentations created or explicitly opened with the app. It does not request unrestricted Drive access.

Use and sharing

Google data is used to provide the authorized briefing, agenda, email and document features. Agenda data included in the briefing is processed on BRN's existing server and stored on Cloudflare behind the private briefing's access controls. Google processes authorized email and document operations. The intended owner and expressly authorized staff can view the resulting private briefing. Service providers process information as necessary to deliver and secure these features.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to train generalized AI models. Human access to Google data is limited to the user's affirmative permission, security investigation, legal obligations, or other purposes permitted by Google's Limited Use rules. BRN Julian Email's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage, retention and security

Authorization credentials are stored on the BRN server in files restricted to the service account. Network requests use HTTPS. Private briefing access requires login. No security measure guarantees absolute protection.

The current briefing and prepared agenda replace the prior daily content. Follower measurements are retained for the current day and nine preceding dates; these are audience statistics, not calendar history. Delivery receipts, operational records, authorized Google files and recovery backups can remain separately until removed for operational or recovery reasons. This policy does not promise a ten-day deletion period for those records. OAuth credentials remain until disconnected or removed. Google retains sent mail and files according to the account's settings.

Your control and deletion requests

You can revoke access in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself delete copies already created. To request disconnection, access to retained information, correction or deletion of app-held data, contact blastradiusnetwork@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account. We remove data no longer required for the requested service, subject to applicable legal obligations and recovery-backup handling. You can manage email and files remaining in your Google account directly.

Public site and other information

These information pages have no signup form, advertising or app analytics scripts. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. Its processing is described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. The app is intended for BRN's adult owner and authorized staff, not children. Material changes to how Google data is used will be disclosed and any required new consent obtained before that use begins.
