Terms of Use

Effective September 10, 2026. These terms apply to BRN Julian Email and its public application-information pages, operated by Blast Radius Network.

Purpose and authorized use

Julian supports BRN's owner and authorized staff with private briefings, authorized email delivery, calendar agenda retrieval and separately authorized briefing documents. Public availability of these explanatory pages does not grant access to the private application or its records.

Use only accounts you control or are authorized to connect. Grant only permissions needed for the requested features. Do not use the application to send unauthorized messages, violate others' privacy, bypass access controls or interfere with service operation. Keep account credentials and private briefing links secure.

Permissions and responsibilities

Google account access requires your consent and is governed by the permissions shown during authorization. You may revoke that access through your Google account. The current calendar feature reads events and cannot add, edit or delete them. Check the briefing before relying on an appointment, deadline, delivery status or operational conclusion: unavailable data, stale records and service errors can affect its completeness.

Availability and cost

This is a private operational tool, with no public subscription or purchase offered here. These pages do not authorize a charge, billing enrollment or paid upgrade. The tool depends on third-party services, quotas and valid authorization; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Changes in those services may require maintenance or renewed consent.

Content and privacy

You retain your rights in your account data and content. Access is used only to provide the authorized features as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. BRN Julian Email is not a Google product and does not imply Google endorsement.

Limitations and ending use

The tool is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BRN makes no guarantee that every record or automated summary is complete, accurate or available at all times. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. BRN may restrict unauthorized use or pause the tool for security or maintenance. You may stop using it and revoke account access at any time; contact us to request deletion of app-held information.

Changes and contact
